Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

Maintenance & Ongoing Services

Wayne County Web LLC may offer optional ongoing services, including website hosting, maintenance, security monitoring, software updates, backups, business email management, and technical support. Specific services, pricing, and service levels will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

Maintenance plans do not include major redesigns, new feature development, content creation, or services outside the scope of the selected plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party may cancel recurring services upon written notice. Upon cancellation, Wayne County Web LLC may discontinue maintenance, hosting, monitoring, email services, and other ongoing support at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website, communications, or services if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that may harm Wayne County Web LLC, its clients, or third parties.

Payments & Refunds

Project pricing, payment schedules, and recurring service fees will be outlined in individual proposals or agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments made for completed work, hosting services, domain registrations, third-party subscriptions, and recurring maintenance services are non-refundable.

Wayne County Web LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, source code, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Wayne County Web LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom code, designs, and assets created by Wayne County Web LLC remain our property until full payment has been received. Ownership and licensing terms for completed projects will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wayne County Web LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the website or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wayne County Web LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law
